Icemaker makes ice intermittently. Customer says it will stop for a week and then it will dump a batch or two and then goes back to nothing. Whenever I open the lid. There is small baby cubes frozen to the flap coming out when I checked the icemaker it had about a quarter of a cube frozen in the bottom of the icemaker as if the unit is not filling up to its full capacity ran the fill tube heater for about four minutes and then the fill cycle and the unit filled up properly. Upon arrival i diagnosed unit after inspection customer has water bottle frozen (picture attached) temperature readings in refrigerator reading 29. Techline adviced to order partsSR#7741294557.; ordrng 1 4318168 (Sealer) and 1 212643 (Sealer gum) and 1 W11380595 (Air diffuser) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11546690 (Control)
