"SR#7741771231Ran service test on G2 optics red LED stayed on for five seconds and passed the test twice. All temperatures are checking out good called into Techline and let them know what was going on and that after three days the bin is only a quarter of the way full and they said yeah, it should be completely full within 3 to 4 days of it making ice. The customer said they went on vacation for 5 to 6 days and came back and the bin was only about halfway full. The unit is making ice, but it is making it very slow slowly. "Once arriving to the complex went to the unit that the washing machine was in and the renter let me know that they move the washer somewhere else after going to the front office they told me yeah they just moved it to unit 2401 and when I walked inside to check the unit out, there was water on the floor, and there was also a washer that had been uninstalled sitting in the living room. I went ahead and took pictures and put them on the ticket and installed the parts. Everything was working properly, and I took a video of it going through diagnostic test that there was no leaks. I also informed the front office and they said yeah when it rains water gets inside of there somehow not really sure but I have the video of me running the unit and it not leaking or dripping any water. I also told the lady it wasnt a lot of water, but it looked like it couldve just been from when they uninstalled the first Washer the water that was inside the lines and they didnt dry it up, but the washing machine itself is not leaking.Unit is operating properly now all operations OK"

Could not replicate issue. Customer complaint was that unit was leaking oil from around left hinge. Examined area could not find oil or water. Took off back panel and examined components. Found that everything was in working order and no water or oil found. Customer to monitor issue and report back If issue persists
