"Spoke with the customer over the phone because she has court to be at by 12:30. Customer informed me that she had her refrigerator set on the third setting and her fruits that she had on the top shelf and her liquid by the damper were freezing up and she did not understand why, but I tried to explain to her that is the only place for the cold air to blow into your refrigerator section at so it is pretty common to see things freeze up on the top shelf from time to time. Customer told me that she moved the setting down a notch and it has been working good since, but she wanted to have it checked out just in case I assured her that if she moved the temperature down and everything is working properly now and nothing is freezing up. She is all good to go and if it needs to go down another notch, then feel free to adjust the temperature to however it is working best for you. Unit is operating as designed all operations OK"

"Customer said that their clothes were not spinning out and that they would have to run a drain and spin cycle after whatever cycle they just ran to get it to finish, went into diagnostics and picked up F0E2 error code advise the customer to switch soaps if it continues, but then I also ran a diagnostics test everything checked out until the unit went to drain and was not pumping out any water took the unit apart from the back to access the filter to the drain pump, which had lots of gunk and dollar bills and plastic wrappers clogged inside of it after cleaning out the filter and the drain hose ran the diagnostic cycle again and the unit is draining and spinning perfectly fine as designed check the unit for leaks on all hoses that were taken off everything checked out good all operations OK"
