During diagnostic testing, both thermistors in each compartment were functioning correctly, with no shorts detected. "Cleared the code and ran the unit through diagnostics unit is reaching target RPM and not throwing the F7 E1 error code went ahead and replaced the actuator motor/sensorAnd ran the diagnostics test again and everything checked out good no error, codes or anything The customer also told me that his dad wears a lot of insulated clothes for work and is always stuffing the washing machine full to the top and thats usually when it throws the code I advise the customer again just like I did last time that the unit cannot be filled up with that many clothes because with that heavy amount of weight, the unit will not be able to reach its target RPM for the spin basket or motor because it is so heavy Called in and documented with Techline if the issue is continuous that it is a consumer issue with them constantly overloading it causing the unit not to reach the target RPM because after running the unit through diagnostic cycle multiple times now the unit is operating properly and not throwing any errors and is able to reach its target RPM without it being overloaded SR# 7741202676; used 1 W11481722 (Actuator motor/sensor) from stock"
