"Customer is not having cooling issues. The issue with the unit was a customer spilled ice all in the freezer so the whole bottom of the freezer was full of cubes, causing the door not to shut properly. The left side of the freezer door had about an inch gap and there was condensation buildup all inside the freezer and it was only reading about 17? with the door being left open took the door off and took the bins out cleared out all of the ice. Make sure the hinges were working properly, installed the door back, and it was sealing and closing up as designed. I advised the customer to go ahead and continue using it and monitor if theres any other issues, log it with pictures or videos and give us a call back But as of right now, that is the only issue that was found with the unit All operations unit operating has designed now"

"The ice chute door panel has been replaced twice before, and the customer did not want me to change it again. Ice was building up at Ice funnel, not letting it dispense. I checked for any air leak at ice chute, and I did not see any cold air leaking out, I checked with temp gun, and the temp was reading around 70 degrees. I documented with techline, and their suggestion is that if customers use a lot of ice and crushed ice, they will have to manually clean ice bin regularly to prevent it from building up again. Unit burned the new wood floor close to the front of the range. Called Saftey and explained a piece of foil with glue looked like it came off of the bottom of the range. The glue was burnt and on the floor at the burnt spot of the floor. Customer doesnt want unit in the house.
