"Checked the unit temperatures. Fresh food is between 34 and 37 degrees, while the freezer is between 0 and 5 degrees. When the technician arrived, he explained that the customer might have caught the temperature during the defrost cycle. He also mentioned that they had checked in the wrong area and found that the ice bucket was full of ice. The technician explained that it takes 2-3 days to fill the ice bucket from empty to full. The customer then compared the unit to the refrigerator in their garage and informed me that it has a different design. Despite the technicians efforts to reassure the customer that the unit is working as designed and explain that it can reach negative 4 degrees but it takes 24 hours to cycle to that temperature, the customer refused to work with us. They stated that if the unit cannot reach negative 4 degrees, they want a new one. The technician tried to ask the customer how long they had the unit set at a negative 4 degree setting, but the customer did not cooperate and simply said they want a new one, period, and said the unit was not working correctly. "After running diagnostics and completing a full inspection, the unit appears to be functioning as intended. Compressor is working - I checked water flow and pressure both at the incoming line and to the cooling pan. With the filter removed, water flow was strong and consistent. However, once the filter was reinstalled, water flow and pressure were significantly reduced. A restricted or faulty filter can block proper water flow, which can lead to a lack of ice production. Checked unit and replaced leaky icemaker. Unit cycled and filled with water. Unit checks ok.

Customer so that the dryer was shutting off after starting the cycle going and opening the dryer. There is stopping wet bedsheets. Inside of the unit advised her that she cannot put clothes in here that are this wet. She needs to put them back in the washer and run a drain and spin cycle because if that water gets down inside the dryer can cause issues Me and the maintenance guy ran the dryer for over 25 minutes without it cutting off just fine but the customer threw her shopping wet clothes in and had to have been what was causing it to cut off because the water was just dripping down underneath the drum which is bad customer using and care dryer is operating properly all operations OK

Was not building condensation up inside the freezer. It was building condensation on top of the seal as the old issue due to me putting the old door back on last time I was out because it seemed like it was closing better. Went ahead and put the door back on that wasnt having condensation buildup on the outside of the seal and added some foam strips to it and re-molded the seal with the heat gun all operations OK now

I ran diagnostic and found error code F0E9 (off balance). I ran a drain and spin and unit is working as designed. I explained to customer how to properly load to keep balance load.

Unit needs seal system and parts are discontinued. I explained that to the customer.
