"Upon arrival, I ran diagnostics and retrieved two error codes: oversuds and long drain. To assess the drainage issue, I filled the drum with water and activated the drain pump. While the unit drained completely, the process was slow. Upon inspecting the drain pump filter, I discovered and removed debris, which improved drainage performance. The customer then revised the claim, stating that while the unit does drain the water, it leaves the clothes too wet. Clearing out the drain filter should improve performance. Drum movement was normal, and the unit was properly balanced with no siphoning issues.After consulting with our tech support team, they too confirmed that the unit is operating as design, with no need for part replacement. I recommended that the customer start using high-efficiency liquid detergent instead of pods, as pods are too concentrated. I also explained the importance of running a clean cycle with Affresh to eliminate detergent residue. I advised the customer to contact customer service for further assistance if needed.
