Microwave oven combo my customer said the oven was off by 45? and the microwave wasnt hot enough. "Customer said the water was only filling up a tiny bit, barely enough to stick up past the agitator plate ran the unit through diagnostics and everything checked out good with no error codes and the history then also started a cycle to show the customer that it was filling up properly that if they put too many clothes in there, it can affect how much the washer fills up and the unit also has an energy saver mode, so it is not going to fill up to the top of the tub like they were expecting from their old washing machine the unit filled up all the way to the middle of the drum and stopped, and I showed the customer that it was working properlyUnit is operating as designed all operations OK"

Unit was not powering on at all could not get any of the lights to come on. Checked for voltage had 124 V coming out of the wall but whenever you flip the voltage disconnect switch on and off you can hear the electricity inside the switch making contact and then disconnecting when you flip it on and leave it the lights will come on for a split second everything powers up and then shuts right back off. Need to replace the power disconnect switch before we can assume that there is any other issues just so we can get it to turn back on and power upCustomer said he would like to follow through with repair ; ordrng 1 1113229 (Power switch disconnect)
