"SR# 7741486933Spoke with Techline and sent them video proof of the leak inside the liner of the deep freezer after charging the unit up. You could hear the refrigerant shooting out inside the wall. Techline said yes that is definitely a sealed system leak and advised me to send the SR number to the customer and have him speak with customer service to advance the next steps from here because Techline was not able to submit the ticket over to claim, since it is three days past his warranty, even though the ticket was created at the end of April he said the system wont allow him to do it need to have all of the History and ticket information sent over to the customer so he will have it when he calls into customer service in case they try to deny him for replacement, Techline said that customer service should be able to see everything at to just have him call in."
