"The whole evaporator did not have a frost pattern and the compressor was not running when I showed up nor was a condenser fan reset the unit and everything powered on condenser fan and compressor ran for about four minutes and then shut off put the unit in the diagnostics, all of the temp sensors were reading accurately and then I put it into test mode for the compressor and condenser fan to run and after about five minutes, there was still no frost pattern at all. Compressor was hot, but did not feel like it was exchanging heat. "Customer said the water was not dispensing when calling for water. There was just a very slow stream with no water pressure. Change the filter out with the customer and when you put the new filter in and hold it into place the water dispenses just fine but when you let off of it, it is as if the locking tabs on the new filters are not long enough to where it needs to be pushed and locked in another few centimeters or so because whenever I hold pressure on the water valve and keep it into place and call for water it works fine but as soon as I let off of it, it loses pressureAnd also the customers, part number for the water filter does not match up to what shows up for the sub filter on Marcone I gave the customer the new filter number and then also told them if that doesnt work then we can replace the filter housing if theyd like or they also have the option to just bypass the filter housing and use it without 100% the customers option"
