Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. I tested air flow with unit connected to wall vent and it did not passed test had low air flow. I then tested with unit disconnected from wall vent unit passed had good air flow. I showed customer and explain it can be lint restriction or also the length affects it. Customer said it was clean and they had widen the pipes.He gave me measurements 12ft up with 4in then 45elbow reducer from 4in to 6in and goes 17ft to 19ft 6in. I called techline they said there's nothing that can be done. 4in is the width and no more than 2story straight up with no elbows. With every elbow every turn equals to 8ft. Customer want it that info i gave case # to customer. Unit is working as designed. Case#20980344
