"upon arrival, saw freezer back panel full of ice. I then explained to customer I would give them a quote for the bi-metal harness wire. She then made the comment that she paid a service fee for something she had told the office and could have just emailed the picture. I tried explaining to customer how things work. I mentioned I would go give them a quote and she insisted for me to wait so she could talk to her husband. I waited and the husband began to say if i could check another problem with the fridge since I was already there. I told them that was fine and they mentioned a water leak coming from the water dispenser line coming from the door. They had water turned off. As they were telling me about this the wife also mentioned another problem they were having with ice forming around the door at times. Upon inspecting the ice bucket I notice ice door chute is not closing all the way. I explained to customer about this issue. I mentioned that we have 3 seperate issues at the moment. The husband asked if I could give them seperate quotes. As i was giving the quote to the wife she then began to ask what if this doesnt fixes the problem. I then explained that if that was to happened to give us a call. She would then began to say that I was not sure of my diagnostics. I tried to explained to her that she said 'what if' so we were going back and forth for a few minutes over the possiblities of 'What if' I then had to walk away and told her they can contact our office."
