"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not re-create any issue. The unit had no error codes and also passed a diagnostic cycle. The heating element turned on and the vent fan also was working properly. I also started a normal cycle, I let it run for a few minutes and it also started and drained with no issues. Through all the testing while I was there, I saw no water leaks on the left-hand side the customer mentioned or anywhere else on the unit. the unit is working properly as designed."
