"Upon arrival costumer experienced grinding noise, after checking error codes, it says E0F7, E9F7, E1F2, E5F0, after testing unit, there was a grinding noise but after checking underneath the machine, I found a log which the stator motor was grinding to the log thus making a grinding noise, after taking it out and testing the unit afterwards, it made no grinding noise it is working as designed."
