When I called in the morning with time frames customer mentioned it was the dryer not the dishwasher. So once I get there the dryer has different model and Serial numbers. Dishwasher is working fine.

I reset breaker and secured terminal connection.

Check unit to find all operations working as designed on arrival Red diagnosis to notice that customer is not getting hot water. He was informed that he needs a professional plumber to check out plumbing issue with the water supplying the washer. He also was informed that he could use the washer with tap cold water only if he wants hot water. The unit will stop mid cycle if its calling for hot water and not getting any hot water that would be called a long fill unit times out and cancel cycle

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection the issue with the unit was not powering on (pictures attached). Unit had drain hose routed in wrong area and it also has excessive drain hose i showed customer (picture attached) causing unit to power off.I connected drain hose through the right hole (picture attached) before and after. Unit powered on Unit is working as designed.

Diagnosed washer leaking water. Located clogged wall drain overflowing in drain cycle. Unit operations are correct.
