"Ran the unit through test modes and seemed like the agitator was a little loose tightened down the agitator, and Cam on the Washer ran the unit through test modes and we found the hose hitting the back panel of the washer was making some racket as well as the drum when theres an unbalanced load by the customer should be all good to go all operations. OK these operations are normal Customer reached back out and advised the units operating properly."
