"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not create or find an issue. The unit heating element is working fine. The unit has proper airflow. The customer mentioned having to run the unit two times to get the clothes dry, I suggested to use time dry for better results. The unit itself is working properly as designed."

Inspected dryer and found only 120 volts to only 1 leg of ouletUploaded pictures for documentation. Advised home owner of findings. She would have to get builder/electrician to come out and correct the voltage as it requires 240 volts for proper operation.
