Checked unit and found drip tray full of water and float switch wet causing error code and alarm. Water supply line is dripping at connection at inlet valve due to corroded connector on supply line. Turned water off at supply valve and advised customer to contact plumber to have supply line replaced.

Checked unit and cleaned dispenser door latch. Ran auto test cycle and unit checks ok. Advised customer to change detergent pods due to the thickness of the ones they are using now. nit checks ok.

"Called customer to provide time window and to also request that they start a cycle 1hr before my arrival so that im able to better understand the ongoing complaint. "Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot gas leaksTook pictures of paperwork and proceeded to inspect all burners for any sign of gas leaks Took pictures or seepage, no gas leak found found on any of the burners nor the back of the unit gas connectionRemoved oven bottom panel to expose the burner assembly to ensure proper flames on both sides, burner is coming ON/OFF as designed and when it reachezs temperatiure turns off, once it turns back on the burner flames ignite properly on both sides no gas leak nor seepage. All good. Tested oven vent with my CO meter and took pictures of readings, all good no negative readings. Called tech support to send picture of CO readings and to document that there was no gas leak detectedCustomer dissagrees. Advised customer of normal burnoff and he was not satisfied with that answer Unit is working as designed and I left gas turned ON and advised safe to useNOTE: Customer claimed that he smelled gas All over the house, I then showed customer how my gas meter was detecting the gas from the initial start of the burners but that it quickly dissipated. Once agreed that my metering device worked correctly and detected gas right away, I advised customer that if there was gas all ovwr the house my meter would be going OFF and not shut off, I then went an extra step further and walked around the living roon and hallway area and not once did my gas meter go off...... NO Gas leak found Oven/Range working as designed"

I inspected air flow and there is poor air circulation from exhaust vent. When I removed vent unit improved air suction. I explained to customer they need to get someone to inspect and clean duct.
