"I replaced the filter housing and, before installing the old filter back in, I tested the water pressure coming into the dispenser. The flow and pressure were both excellent, just as they should be. However, once I installed the filter into the new filter housing, the water pressure dropped significantly and eventually stopped altogether. I removed the filter and proper water flow was immediately restored. I advised the customer to replace the filter, as it is currently the only factor impeding water flow to the dispenser."

"Freezer door not closing due to ice build up at bottom. Found drain was clogged, causing water to flow into Freezer and building the ice. Cleared the drain and removed all ice. The door is now closing properly"

"Unit showing F0E3 error code, which indicates overload. Washer was potentially too full of clothes or clothes, shifted to 1 side, and became unbalanced, causing the error code. I ran the unit through a manual diagnostic, and all components are working properly. Washer is functioning as intended to."
