"Checked unit and everything was working as it's designed, when I was testing the unit customer got upset with me and said I wasn't doing my job correctly, the customer said why I was doing that because she had already told me she didn't like how the unit works, and because I didn't find anything wrong I called tech line, the said the unit was working as it's designed and it's a customer user care and that there nothing wrong with unit, I tried to explain to the customer the diagnostic and she got worst and loader that I wasn't going to do anything and replace the unit like always and she told me to stop and to move on, so when I was walking on my way out, she called me back by screaming really bad and said she was not done, asking questions that didn't make since, like if I drain the unit all the way out, if I closed the door correctly, if i installed the racks in correctly, and stuff that I didn't even touch or moved, so I answered all her questions and waking out, after she kicked me out for the second time and the customer followed me all the way back to my truck, saying that she already paid 75.00 dollars and that all I had to do is replaced the unit for her, so I refer them to contact customer service again and they can ask them to do that for them, so I documented with their extended warranty too Tech #. 77409893527740974886"

"Customer just had the refrigerator pushed into the slot too far, causing the door to slam into the wall next to her had to adjust the unit and move it around so that it wont slam into her wall, but the unit is working and operating as designed I told her it has to open that far so youre able to remove your drawers if needed"
