"After replacing multiple components (both ice makers, filter housing, inlet valve, and tri-valve), the unit was still dispensing water with weak pressure. I removed the water filter to test flow, but the issue persisted. Upon further inspection, I found that the refrigerator was connected to a soft water filtration system. After disconnecting the supply line and testing water pressure directly, I confirmedwith the customer presentthat there was little to no water pressure coming from the line. The refrigerator is functioning properly with no internal issues. The customer will need to address the water supply feeding the unit, either by performing maintenance on the filtration system or bypassing it and connecting the refrigerator directly to the household water supply."
