Upon arrival customer said unit is operating as a normal but will like for me to run a system check. She said she unplug the unit for a few days after getting the error code and plugged it back in and has since been operating as normal. I did a diagnostics test cycle was able to complete with no error codes - I told customer to continue to use and monitor it for a few days but otherwise unit is operating as design

I remove the harness cover and notice one of the connections were loose alwe secure the wire nut and tested fan was able to toggle between the low and high speeds operating as normal
