"I did service the unit back on 5/28 and everything was working as it's designed at that time, and know the customer asked me why I was back and what I was going to do today and was all surprised I was there, I asked him if he called for the service again and customer said no, customer said that the office called him and said I was going back to replace a part, customer said I don't think it's needed because it's been working perfectly fine, I explained to the customer if it's working fine there nothing to do and excused myself and the office for the inconvenience"
