I adjusted refrigerator to align doors and explain left door has mullion make sure it's closed sealing. Over maker sounds are normal nothing out of the norm. Temperatures are good I explain ice cream freezing solid hard will depend on ice cream everything else is solid frozen (pictures attached,). I tested afterwards. Unit passed. Upon arrival I diagnosed unit . After inspection unit had bad damage capacitor (picture attached). Potentially couldve damage during installation.Unit was not going through cycles in diagnostic cycle it did not pass. I then replaced from TS and then I retest it. Unit passed in Diagnostics cycle. I then try to start on normal cycle but the unit never initiated will need to order parts.; ordrng 1 W11414731 (Latch Lid) and 1 W11674114 (Console) and 1 W11734312 (Control Board)
