"Customer called and concerned about a gas leak. I checked the unit out with the gas detector and did not find any gas leaks nor could I smell it also did the bubble testing on the gas line from the wall to where the flex hose connected to the gas valve everything was operating properly, and there was no leaks, detected or found. "Freezer fan above evaporator was making a vibration. Humming noise pulled the back wall off, and there was no ice buildup around the fan so it is not malfunctioning or hitting ice, but I placed some Perma gum along the back wall of the fan bracket and on the sides where it mounts to the liner of the unit put everything back together and showed the customer and he said yes that sounds a lot better. Also, let them know if they have stuff hanging out of their baskets hitting the back wall. It can also cause loud vibrations but this is not causing any mechanical issues and the unit is operating as designed and if the fan makes vibration noises from time to time, there is nothing we can do unless the fan is actually hitting something above the evaporator or ice unit all good to go Called in Techline and got everything documented that way of the customer calls back in regards to the same issue and nothing has found the customer will be charged he also advised that there is not anything you can do to fix this issue besides what I just did other than that is not causing any failures to the unit. Upon arrival and after diagnosing and noticed that the unit was tripping the breaker. I then heated the unit in broil and heated it up to 550? with no issues and then heated the unit in bake to 500 for about 10 to 15 minutes and the unit ran with no issues. There was no error codes by the time I left and the unit was functioning properly as designed.

"Customer said that the unit is making loud buzzing noises when checking out the unit in the freezer section all of their belongings were leaning up against the wall, causing the fan to buzz louder than normal. I advise a customer that want anything is putting pressure on that back wall where it is hooked to the frame that is right where the fan is and its causing the vibration between the plastic in the metal, but that is how the unit operates and there is no parts to be changed for that issue. Just need to keep pressure off the back wall and let the fan do what its supposed to customer was also having an issue with the ice bucket only dispensing crushed ice and I showed them that their bucket was in the unit wrong, causing the solenoid to hold the rod up constantly after fixing that issue unit is operating as designed it is dispensing solid and crushed ice and the buzzing noise is very minimal. Just the sound of the fan running and the freezer section unit is operating as designed all operations OK"
