"Checked unit and everything is working as it's designed, the Miss was not at home when I got there and Mr said she was complaining about the temperature on the fresh food , so I checked with my temperature prob everywhere in there to get the reading, and everything checked ok, I asked the Mr, why wasn't anything frozen like the Miss said, he said he doesn't know and I had to wait for her, and ten minutes later the Mis showed up, and already started screaming and yelling to the husband, so I introduced myself and if she can go over with me the problem that she has, and first she told me everything she puts in the drawers after three days it starts getting frozen, so I explained to her that basically especially with the vegetables and the way she has the temperature set up, if she doesn't move it, it will start getting frozen.in three days , and she change what she said and said it happens immediately, i tried to explain to her how to set the temperatures .and use the unit correctly , and she said why in the hell temperatures that I have them it's telling me it's good, she said why has no one gone to her house and explained on how the unit works and with a lot of detail and how to use it, the last tech that was there he didn't explain anything and to her it was a very bad experience and she kept talking bad about the tech, Mr.came out and stopped her, and asked her how can you say that if he was exceptional and answered every question that you had at that time, and he fixed the problem that you were complaining about, she him back, she doesn't give a dam, Mr. told her it's the same tech, and she kicked me out of the house, and she kept screaming and yelling at me and said why the drawers are not aligned perfectly, and I pulled them out and she it to her that they were fine and there wasn't anything wrong with them and said I had to take everything apart and remove all the screws and everything and reassembled with a lever and make sure everything likes fine for her, because she paid five years warranty and everything she don't like fall on me if I like it or not , so I tried to explain to her again on how the unit works and how to use it correctly and everything else, she didn't get and kick me out again, I called tech line and documented with them , they said there repairs needed and to refer the customer to contact customer service File#. 7740971490"
