"Customer said that the unit is not washing properly, but the unit into diagnostics and there is no error codes to be found. Checked everything underneath the washer. Everything is secure. Theres nothing inside the guard everythings plugged in properly. ran the unit through two diagnostic cycles and everything is checking out good all steps are completing unit is operating as designed. no issues detected unit was agitating And spinning. Customer just showed a picture with a white shirt that had a dirt stain on it, but I advised to them that the picture does not necessarily prove anything because the stain could be something that wont come out like if they spill oil on it or depending on what the stain was from, but the washer is operating as designed all operations OK"
