Customer said the dryer is throwing clean vent or lint trap out Whenever they run it and the dryer is so new they thought it was just a malfunction and actually had the dryer swapped out with another one and it is doing the same thing. I advised the customer that the vent needs to be clean because theres lint coming out of the exhaust hose on the roof dryer itself is operating properly. Just need the vent to be cleaned.

"Ran washing machine through diagnostics test and it filled up and drained the water, agitated and spun. Everything was working properly. There was no issues detected also no error codes in the history of the unit, but the washing machine is spinning properly and doing everything it is supposed to advise a customer that they could be overloading it, which would also cause it to stop spinningif the lot is too heavy.Or if the lot is very off-balance, they will also stop spinning"
