Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection everything checked out passed. I called techline we couldn't recreate issue. Customer is experiencing power failure the whole unit turns off and they have to unplug it and wait a couple of minutes 5min before plugging it back and everything starts working again. They have to do this once about every 6 weeks. I tested all dc fan motors i trigger them on and off trying to recreate issue together with techline. Ice boxfan made a sound but then it went away. I gave customer quote for control board and ice box fan. Customer is aware that this is where we would start potential failures. Customer will contact office if they want to continue with repairs .On visit i couldn't recreate issue.
