"When I arrived, I noticed that the valve was leaking due to it staying in an open position. After replacing the parts, the unit turned on and passed a diagnostic cycle and a hot and cold individual valve test. I did highly recommend the customer to have a filtration system going into the washer. The unit is now working properly as designed."
