"Customer said that her dishwasher was not drying properly. I let her know that she needed to add some rinse aid to it for it to properly dry and she said she uses it, but even when she does, her plastics are never dry, and I said the plastics will never be 100% dry thats just how it is and will always be that way but your glass and metalwill help dry with the rinse aidHeating element was at 120?. Unit is drying properly all operations OK"
