"I put the unit into diagnostics to check temp sensors fans everything passed and was reading properly. The freezer section was -3 to -4 on the back freezer wall and the refrigerator section was 30 degrees to 34? which was accurate to where the customer had it set, but he said his ice cream in his freezer on the top shelf was very soft.
