"I arrived to the customer home and washer is completely dead, and the first thing that happened to me was I stepped on dog poop, and there was a very small walking path to get around the home with a lot of dog poop and cats and a very unhealthy house, and when I was standing in front of the unit there was a lot of yellow stuff on the floor and was very sticky and it smelled really bad, I documented with partners team because the customer was charging the money he already spent on the laundry room and because of the conditions of the home I really don't want to go back, partners team advice me to let the customer know I called and they didn't answer so I left a voicemail and refer them to contact customer service, and the notes will be attached to the file we already have"
