I ran a diagnostic cycle no hot water was coming in water valve was off due to a leak from the house water valve (picture attached). I open water valve temporarily hot water coming in unit passed cycle it wash, drain, and spin normally. Reset control board error codes. "I replaced the compressor and evaporator and unit started working fine, I gave a favor to customer on a water line, because it was dripping a little, I made the customer aware that I tightened it and seemed to be good and he asked me more than three times if I had damaged that, would tell him on his face right , very disrespectfully and his wife got in front of him and started asking questions like what the hell are you doing he's doing you a favor, I explained and showed to him it's not damaged, I called my office and made a report and I will not service this type of people again"
