"After troubleshooting with Techline, we confirmed there were no frozen lines or reservoir, the dual valve was allowing water through with proper pressure, and water was able to dispense. However, after reassembling the partssnapping the valve back down and replacing the coverthe water stopped dispensing again. Per Techlines recommendation, the dual valve, dispensing tube, and separator with spigot (SR#7741125743) should be replaced.
