"Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot food freezing in fridge compartment Customer had both doors wide open, when asked if there was a reason why she had them open she gave me upset look and responded hesitantly that her daughter had just opened them. Proceeded to ask the normal questions associated with troubleshooting, she had water filter removed and stated that because the fridge was freezing the filter froze and no longer dispensed water. I advised that I have never seen a water filter freeze and prevent water from dispensing. Customer gave me once again an upset look. Tried to dispense water with and without filter installed, humming but no water. Asked customer if anyone had worked on fridge and or turned water off she quickly said no, noone. Proceeded to move fridge to inspect water valve and right away noticed water valve turned OFF. Turned water back on and tested, water is now dispensing properly. Water pressure is low and advised to replace filter as its almost 1 year and per Mrs, its never been replaced. Also noticed the customer had temperature settings at -5 degrees and in addition she was blocking the thermistor inside the fridge and had tall items on top shelf. Advisde to not block these areas as its clearly 'stickered' not to as this would make compressor run longerCustomer got upset like that i was giving her that information and said I was rude. Check unit to find all operations working as designed on arrival there is no issues with none of the igniters. All igniters are working as designed customer was informed that she needs to turn igniters to the off position for them to cut off and stop clicking. There is no issues with igniters.

Check unit to find customer has major blockage inside of exhaust hose that was crushed in numerous of places due to gas valve sticking out forcing dentures in exhaust hose. Customer was shown the damaged exhaust hose and technician ran exhaust airflow test with hose and without hose unit passed without hose she was informed of replacing damaged exhaust hose unit is working as designed

"Arrived at customer home and found washing machine on top of a furniture dolly not on the floor, uploaded picture for documentation Replaced control board and when done customer asked if i had checked it, I advised I could NOT recalibrate washer as it was not on the floor correctly and therefore calibration would not be correct. Customer seemed upset. I stated if they can put on floor I could recalibrate it, they asked if I could help bring down from dolly I advised I could not for liability purposes. Customer seemed upset again. She they proceeded to ask to see the old control board which I showed her, she this looks new and did nopt believe that I had installed it, distrusting me and questioning my work ethic and integrity of work. I proceeded to remove the control panel for customer to see and compare old n new boards. She took plenty of pictures. I advised she could take all the pictures she would like but policy stated I bring packj the controil board with me. I left old parts with customer (picture attached).After replacement unit was still not dispensing ice and ice clumping in ice bin container. I called techline to do troubleshooting we jumped wires in harness and traced it to control board (picture attached). There was no continuity theres a short somewhere in the harness inside cabinet techline said unit is not serviceable non repairable.SR# 7741762523"
