This is a different issue. If customer wants to proceed, she would have to pay for parts. Only Dt will not charge her any labor. The estimate would be on the document pictures for control and user interface and separator also remind customer that she has to have the power fixed before any parts can be ordered if she proceeds with repairs"

"F9E2 long drain electrical issue F8E4 Float switch open Customer said she does pre wash her dishes using Dawn then when I told her if any of the dawn soap is getting left on the dishes and put in the dishwasher. It can definitely cause this issue then she said oh no I dont pre-wash with Dawn soap I 100% know better than to put Dawn soap in the dishwasher I just advised her well if you do its not bad that you used on soap washing them in the sink. Just make sure youre rinsing it all off before you stack them inside the dishwasher.Ran the first diagnostic test and had lots of suds buildup without putting any soap in the unit let it complete the cycle and ran it a second time after draining it all out still had a big suds buildup did the same thing. A third time still had a good amount left of suds so I told the customer to put some oil in it about a tablespoon and we ran a fourth to kill the studs and drain it all out, and I informed the customer that the issue we are having is all in the studs depend depending on whether it is the dishwasher soap that we are using or the dawn soap getting inside the dishwasher, but the unit is functioning as designed.CALLED INTO TECHLINE TO DOCUMENT SR#7741887291"

Upon arrival i removed unit to service. I replaced parts. After replacement i tested unit. Unit is now dispensing soap. I left old parts with customer. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection there where no error codes in unit. Customer said problem is with lower oven not heating. I tested heating elements both working. I set unit to bake unit is heating reached set temperature. I called techline to give temperatures unit is not showing signs of not heating on the contrary is heating more. "Inspected and found fridge water pressure very low. Removed filter and still very low Removed water supply line to check if water was entering the unit and strong pressure going into fridge but not dispensing and low,thin ice production. Asked customer when was last time filter was replaced, she was not sure. Advised to replace filter and monitor, if issue continues I would send quote for dual water valve if needed Sent quote for dual water valve W11043013 and uploaded picture for documentation"

"Arrived at customer home to replace cooktop light indicater harness Noticed that the entire cooktop edge was sealed with silicone, advised before moving forward that I would need to break the seal to remove cooktop and that builder would have to reseal and that if she was ok with it before proceeding.
