Freezer temp -1 Ran test Mode 120 for ice maker diagnostic and it passed the test and dumped the cubes inside of it Also ran test mode 66 for the fill tube heater and 97 for the filter test everything checked out good called into Techline had me run through a few more test modes. He said everything was checking good and he said the only other thing he can think of is if the customer does not have it connected to the Wi-Fi and the unit needs a software update Customer said she does not have it on the Wi-Fi and was unable to successfully connect it. Techline advised her to call this number.866-333-4591And after she successfully gets the unit connected to do a software update and reboot the appliance and she should be all good to go
