"Installed parts ran test all lights and LEDs are working properly now customer was wanting us to diagnose unit for cooling issues. I advised him that there is no work order that has a code for us to diagnose anything with those issues. If you wanted that done, he would have to pay a service fee and the customer refused that that was the original reason that we were called out, but I advised him know the original issue was for the LED lights and thats what is covered for parts and labor. Other than that he would have to pay the service fee out-of-pocket, but the customer did not want to move forward with doing so."
