"Upon arrival, the unit had no power and was unresponsive. I inspected the breaker box and found that the breaker had tripped. After resetting the breaker, I returned to the unit and confirmed that it powered on successfully. I was able to run multiple test cycles, and the breaker did not trip again. There were no signs of sparking or abnormal operation from the unit. Based on my findings, the issue appears to be related to a weak or faulty breaker rather than the microwave itself. Install the parts and the unit still did not fill with water looked into it further and found a broken connector coming out of the cabinet of the freezer section called into Techline and they are submitting the unit to engineering for review for further options SR#7741927443

"F9E1 F0E2 F1E2 upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the unit would pass a diagnostic cycle, but outside of diagnostics the unit was having trouble engaging the latch. I will need parts based off the error codes and the customers experience. ; ordrng 1 W11627517 (CONTROL BOARD) and 1 W11731988 (LOWER HARNESS) and 1 W10754448 (CLUTCH)"
