"Checked unit and vent behind the unit is clogged and full of lint with the blower housing the filter housing is the the same, the filter is not even able to go in the housing because it's full of lint and junk, , also when they push the dryer all the way back to be able to open the garage door, and crushed the vent and that made it worse and there is not enough room, I looked all around the exterior of the house to find the vent going to the outside and there wasn't one, I explained to customer not to use the unit until they fix the vent correctly , i called their extended warranty to see if they would pay for cleaning the interior of the unit and removing all the junk and what ever repaired is needed because the way that they have been using the unit is in very bad conditions, they said no and to close out the ticket and I referred the customer to contact customer service File#. 7742111952"

"Upon inspection and diagnostics testing of the water flow, I was unable to replicate any leaking during operation. I checked the water supply, confirming no leaks or loose connections at the hot and cold inlet valves, and inspected the bellow for damage, which was in good condition. I also tested for leaks during draining, which checked out fine, and verified that the drain hose and wall drain had no clogs or overflow issues. Everything appeared to be in proper working order. The only other potential source of a leak could be the pipe ventilation assembly. Leaking in this area can be caused by excess detergent or the use of non-HE detergent, which can produce excessive suds that force water through the vent (this can often be resolved by switching to the proper detergent). However, if the component itself is damaged, the part is discontinued and cannot be replaced."
