Checked unit and heat is cycling and checked airflow with meter and found when unit is pushed against wall up to 18' from wall unit has poor airflow. When unit is further away from wall unit has good airflow. Advised customer to not push unit back and to get a shorter vent pipe.

Checked unit and replaced locked compressor. The new compressor is also locked. Documented with Butch at Tech Line and he advised to replace compressor again. Issued SR# 7742226929.Assisted by Tech JP

"Arrived at customer home anad Mrs that opened door showed me to the DW and just called someone on the phone, which I later found out was her daughterThe daughter was trying to explain but was having very hard time, she said she was from Italy and Puerto Rico but I speak fluent spanish and still could not communicate with her. I just did my proffesional job and checked the applianceFoumnd that the DW was not getting power to the power cord and attempted to look for a switch nearby, tried asking customer normal questions but was not getting nowhere After several times turning ON/OFF the switches nearby and reseting all the GFI's nearby rechecked the voltage and found that there is now power at the cord but the unit is not coming ONSigns that there is an electrical issue somewhere there is a loose connection that comes n goes Will need to be addressed if not the new control board may fail again in the near future soon after replacementFinally she called the 'landlord' and I explained to him that he has 2 issues with the DW1 is that there seems to be a loose connection coming n going preventing the DW from turning ON2 the drain hose from the unit to the disposal is on the floor and PER the resident, everytime she uses the disposal water fills the DW, advised it needs to be elevated to prevent backflow; ordrng 1 W11613566 (Control board)"
