Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. I leveled unit as best as possible due to cabinetry on top. Unit would not go any higher on one side because it hitting cabinet i showed customer its align better than what it was customer understood. Ice maker bin is making ice and dispensing normally (picture attached). I made customer aware on replacing filter on time and if ice not being used daily. Customer will need to brake ice with or shake bin container. Unit had no error codes everything tested ok. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. I tested unit is dispensing ice normally and making ice. I made customer aware on replacing water filter on time and also if ice not used daily clumping will occur and the ice will need to broken shake container in order to dispense the ice. Unit is working as designed.

Found wire damage to motor and on harness. Fixed wire damage and tested unit on a separate outlet and unit is working properly but the primary outlet where unit is connected to does not get 120v. Instructed to contact an electrician.Labor code tpb31284l2.0

"The customers primary concern is that the refrigerator door does not close with the same force as the freezer door and does not close completely on its own. I asked the customer to demonstrate how she closes the door and to explain the point at which she feels it is not functioning properly. She guided the door until it reached the halfway point, at which she expected it to close automatically without assistance. -When tested, I moved the door the passed halfway point, and it did close on its own towards the end. However, it did not make the louder slam sound that the Freezer door produces. (as she will like) It is important to note that the refrigerator and freezer doors differ in size and weight, though they use the same type of hinges. The smaller, lighter freezer door will naturally close with slightly more force than the wider, heavier refrigerator door. The refrigerator door does close as designed when guided a bit further than demonstrated by the customer. -During a controlled closing test, it was observed that the custom panel added to the refrigerator door makes initial contact at the bottom against the edge trim piece before the top. This indicates that the custom panel is not installed evenly, creating a slight wedge effect during door motion. This interference slows the door enough to prevent it from closing with the added force the customer is expecting. Videos were submitted in Service Matters for reference. -The installer was present during testing, and findings were reviewed together. This is no longer a service/appliance issue, as the hinges are operating according to design. Replacement hinges would perform the same as the existing ones. Reviewed findings with Techline, who confirmed no parts require replacement. The installer will need to make the necessary adjustment to the custom panel, leveling of unit or how deep is resting in cavity. No further service visits should be scheduled for this issue unless a service fee is collected. Reference SR7742458600"

Upon replacing the part the latch worked perfectly fine. It is latching and un latching as necessary. The unit is working properly as designed.

"F0E2 Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the drain pump was draining very slow. I then noticed an F0E2 error code. Due to a restriction at the drain pump, I believe the oversuds error code occurred. Once removing the debris from the drain pump filter the unit drained without any issues and passed a diagnostic cycle. The unit is working properly as designed."

Replaced faulty suspension rods. Unit is now working as intended no issues at this time

Replaced faulty control. Unit is now working as intended no issues at this time

Customer called back and made it in time for the appointment installed the parts. Everything checked out good door no longer has any damage to the front of it all operation OK now.

Installed parts ran unit through diagnostics testing everything checked out good and was no longer throwing any error. Codes water is draining out good and the lines are no longer clogged up clean the lines out to the drain pump. They were super clogged up with dirt and debris. Everything is functioning properly and working as designed now.
