Upon arrival and after diagnosing I couldnt find an issue with the unit it self. There was a light restriction from the wall duct and I suggested the cusotmer to have the builders inspect the duct line. I then also explained how all cycles outside of time dry work. The cusotmer understands and knows the unit it self is working properly with no issues.
