Replaced control board and recalibrated Unit is working as designed

Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot fridge not cooling Found fridge disconnectedMrs reconnected the fridge but NOT to the outlet behind the fridge instead to the GFCI outlet neaxt to the fridgeMrs was trying to expalin but her accent was very heavy and very difficult to understand. I tried to ask questions but was not getting the correct answers and difficult to understand her. Finally she called her husband and Mr was saying the GFCI breaker would trip sometimes right away and sometimes after an hour or so but the Mrs reconnected to the GFCI The unit is powered ON I reconnected to the outlet behind the fridge unit is cooling and has not tripped breaker from the panel the entire time I was thereCalled tech line SR# 7742242498Mrs dissagrees and

I told customer that without any picture I could not say if what was inside at that time caused the unbalanced load. But that the machine was definitely detecting an out of balance issue and since it only happens with sheets she should monitor and adjust it accordingly. The mrs then got upset and went to tell her husband who was on the 2nd floor and told him in 'spanish' that with out a picture I could not fix the problem. I heard her very clearly and when she cameback I can see the husbands face already upset thats when I had to stop the Mrs and Tell her in front of her husband and in spanish thats not what I had said and that she was twisting my words. She then got real angry instead of saying ok I may have misunderstood can you please explain to us again, NO she just acused me of being rude and told me to just leave her house and that she was going to call WPI was already 1/2 way replacing the slider which I went the extra mile to try and get them fixed same day ONLY to be acused and get kicked out of the house. I told ok ma'm Im just gonna put your old part back ON and will leave. The lady just kept on telling me ok then what did you say, while she was recording me with her cell phone. I can tell her intenttion was to use that video against me, I responded Ma'am I did not give permission to be recorded and Im sorry but you kicked me out, so Im not answering no more questions and walked out. "Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the breaker for the cooktop was turned off/tripped. Once turning it back on the unit began a spark, but the gas meter had been turned off. So the little bit of gas that was in the line started flames, but the flames would not completely ignite due to the meter being off. I called the builder and Mentioned the unit is working, but the meter needed to be turned on. He understood that the unit is now working properly as designed."

Arrived at home and noticed that Washer was all taken apart Replace the capacitor and found that the customer had already replaced a latch Put in a after market latch . So at this point I can't do anymore work to the washer I don't know what all customer did to this washer You have to get with Whirlpool

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Unit had water sitting at the bottom not draining. I bypassed customers drain hose (pictures attached). Unit drains very strong properly but once connected to customer drain line that goes to garbage disposal little to no drain. Water is very dirty ( picture attached) i made customer aware and showed her water would cause ow sensor not to work properly and heating element. I called techline they recommended installers issue or to get plumber not to replace parts . Unit is working as designed.SR#7741809222

Upon replacing the parts the unit began to function properly as designed. The unit passed a diagnostic and no longer had error codes.

Customers complaint is that she will run a cycle on the unit and it will work fine and then the next day she will put another load in and go to start it and none of the buttons are on and they are not working or have any functionality and then she will unplug the unit and plug it back in and it will work again and it only happens here and there ran the unit through diagnostics. Everything checked out good there was no error codes in the history so I started a regular cycle. Let it run for a few minutes canceled it and started another one just to make sure it wouldactually start the cycle everything was working properly started three different cycles. Make sure the whip was screwed in good and had good connections for the power supply.Everything checked out good advised the customer if it happens again to get video proof so we can better understand of what is going on but as of right now unit is operating as designed could not detect any issues with the unit.

Icemaker is throwing an E2 error code motor not able to return to home position and I am also not able to get the icemaker to fill up. Ran the heater and it is not thawing out the line; ordrng 1 W10706850 (Fill tube heater) and 1 W11255718 (Dual water valve) and 1 W11554919 (Ice maker ASM)

realigned door latch for proper oven door closure and door switch operations and checked all operations. all checked ok. advised customer on the smell from new oven liner will go away over time along with metal oven bottom cover contracting and expanding making popping noise. ck ok
