There was also damage to frame at the bottom of the unit (pictures attached).The bottom shelf was also out of place it was stuck. Unit has a lot of damage signs on maybe installation, or if weight was put to the door when it was fully open according to techline. I made customer aware of this being damage and Whirlpools policy. "I arrived to the customer home and the customer stated explaining to me that when the unit was delivered to them, the doors were not aligned correctly and the installers the way they tried to fix it was completely Unacceptable.because they broke the unit and the way tried to fix it was, they opened the doors and started hanging on the doors with all their body weight to pull down the doors, and the doors started popping and cracking, the customer said they have been trying to get in contact with whirlpool and they were having a hard time trying to talk to someone and when they talked to someone that person just force them to get a service technician to go make a report and definitely dont want a refrigerator like that , because it could be broken internally in the cabinets and the doors, and they dont want the refrigerator because the damage could not be visible at the moment but it could deteriorate down the road because of the way they damaged the unit, they want the unit to replace or their money back and no repairs, the customer also mentioned that they purchased several other appliances and they didnt let them install them and paid someone else to do it, I called partners team and documented with them and they said to refer the customer to contact customer service notes will be attached to the file we already have"

The unit was reprogrammed to the microwave oven combo software setting. The unit was also connected to the Wi-Fi network using the remote option from the customers phone. All operations were normal after the test.

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. Unit drain pump constantly running not resetting. I replaced part after replacement i tested unit passed. Unit is working as designed.
