"As soon as I walked inside the house, customer pulled the unit out and pointed to the compressor on the back of the unit, telling me that the compressor had problems since they got the unit and all the research he has been doing tells him it's a bad compressor, so I opened the unit and evaporator is frost up and has condensation and the fan of the evaporator was not running, I showed that to the customer and explained to him with out the fan moving the cool air it's producing can't be disturbed and before doing anything else we need to fix the evaporator fan and from there see if there's any issues with the compressor, so the customer started acting all crazy screaming, raising his arms and jumping, and began threatening me and said he knows what he is talking about, and also said if I put the fan and it's still not working , that I was going to pay for everything parts and labor, said he wasn't going to pay anything , so I just walked out of the home and referred customer to contact customer service"
