Check dishwasher ran unit in a diagnostic found that the water took over a minute to get hot and customers not using the kind of reset or jet dry tested heating element in unit steeming advised customer to run water hot then start dishwasher.Customer is mad at at me because we arrived early she didn't like our time frame if this customer calls back they'll be charged a service fee or there's nothing wrong with the dishwasher

"Customer said that the unit was working great since the last time I was there and he changed the soap from pods to a liquid, but still using the same cascade brand and put the olive oil in there. Everything has been working good and then it started doing it again where it wouldnt drain the water out he said that he left the unit closed since the last time it threw the code whenever I put the unit into diagnostics, it did not have any error, history or codes and when I hit the drain button, the drain pump kicked on and drained everything out perfectly fine. ran the unit through diagnostic cycle. All the solid lights came on and did not give me any error codes again. and it also drained all of the water out properly when checking the filter to the motor found multiple food chunks down inside advised a customer that this can definitely causes the unit not to drain properly and clog it up or cause the pump propellers not to spin Techline said the only thing he could advise was to change the pump and make sure that the food is not clogged where the pump is at, but he does not know if it is covered since this is a customer care issue.SR#7741679246Need to call in into tradecare tomorrow and see if they want to approve the pump being replaced again due to bad customer care with the food chunks being down in the motor or if we need to charge the customer if its not covered; saved tckt"

Installed all parts put a fresh charge of R600a 98 g and ran the unit and it appears to sound like there is a hole in the evaporator in the wall that is not serviceable. Took videos for proof. Need to call into techline Called the unit into Techline sent them the video proof of the leak and they said unfortunately it is not enough. They need video proof of a bubble test being done on the connections by the compressor while its running or a nitrogen test showing that the gauge is going down or high and low side Gauge readings Received bubble testing videos from customer need to call back in the Techline in the morning; saved tckt

"Ran unit on time to dry and got the heater to kick on and everything was working fine on time dry and quick cycle normal and heavy duty would not heat due to the temp sensor on the fan housing being bad. Take the vent off the back of the dryer and it looked pretty clean when looking up to the top of the roof I could see the daylight so the vent was not clogged, but this is a different issue then what happened last time the dryer wouldnt heat it all now. Upon arrival I replaced all parts needed after replacement. I tested unit went to diagnostics mode and it is doing a frost pattern. It is calling for water. It is circulating the pump and it is dream after waiting. About 30 minutes in the unit is now working as designed.

"Upon arrival, I turned the unit on and confirmed that it tumbles, but the heating element does not activate. I checked voltage at the terminal block: L1 measured 123.9V, L2 measured 15.43V, and L1 & L2 combined measured 107.9V. The unit is not receiving the full 240V required to power the heating element. While the unit can still operate functions that require only 120V, the heating element will not function without proper 240V. Customer will need to have a qualified electrician diagnose and resolve the voltage issue."
