Check unit to find all operations working as design on arrival technician ran a quick cycle. The unit never cut off nor did it break. The breaker technician informed customer that he needs to take the unit out of the GFCI outlet and change it to a standard outlet unit is OK. Customer informed technician that the unit would work for two months and then one day out of the blue. It breaks the breaker he was informed that that is an electrical issue and that GFCI is possible to do that because it is a arc breakertechnician reported to Whirlpool safety. If customer calls back there is a service request on the Doc pictures. Refer him to Whirlpool about breaker breaking.

Upon arrival unit console was not responding to cancel cycle. Customer mentioned he had tried repairing unit himself. Then after inspecting float switch I noticed rodent droppings. I asked customer if he was aware of the droppings and he said yes they had an issue with rodents and their old dishwasher. Called trade care SR 7739189407
