"F8E4 Float switch openF8E1 Inlet water/ No water Ran you through diagnostics and the unit was filling up the water just fine and it was also draining just fine. The unit was not throwing any error codes after clearing them and there was no water in the drain pan underneath, but I did advise the customer to make sure they are getting all of the soap residue off of their dishes in the sink before loading the dishwasher because it will cause it to oversize and fill the drain pan underneath and not allow them to use the dishwasher but everything is operating properly. All operation is OK."

"Upon replacing the part, I tested the unit and it heated up to 350? fairly quick. It then dropped after reaching temperature and started back up with no issues. The unit was igniting with no problem. Also after running it the unit did not have any error code. It is now working properly as designed. SR# 7742311230"

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not re-create the issue. What the customer was referring to was dealing with the venting system when using the oven. The oven heat vents through the left rear burner, which is normal and how the unit is designed. I tested the oven and the oven itself is functioning properly.
