"Customer complaint is that the fridge trips breaker around the 10 minute markFound the fridge disconected Reconnected and started my timer, to document how long it would take to trip the breaker I removed the back panel and inspected for any signs of wires shorted out, touching ground. No signs of shorted wiring Took AMP reading and was only getting like 8.8 amps and the breaker size is 20Removed freezer back panel to expose the defrost heater and see if any wiring was touching ground. No shorted wires. During the inspection, unit went into defrost activating the heating element. Uploaded pictures of temperature for documentation Activated ice maker defrost to see if IM was the one causing to trip. No tripping. All good. After all my inspections were concluded i put everything back and reconnected the fridge on the out right behind unit, but this time unknowingly i reconnected it to the lower porrtion of the duplex and thats when it happened....breaker trippedJust to be sure, I reset breaker then switched to upper and unit held no tripping. When i switched back to the lower its when it automatically tripped. Showed customer findings and advised they have builder and or electrician check outlet and circuit. Also provided customet the brreaker check list incase they needed Recap: Found electrical issue on the duplex outlet wher fridge connects to, unit is working properly."

If u dont shut the door 100% and let it click into place properly then the microwave will just flash the lights twice and u have to open door and shut properly and it starts just fine Need to call into Techline and send the video of the customer complaint SR#7742294251Called in to Techline and send the video of how the customer closes the door compared to how it needs to be closed and he did confirm that the reason theyre running into this issue is because the door is being closed in properly the way that the customers are closing it Slowing the hinges down is causing the door not to close 100% therefore once they open and close it again properly. It works good every time.
