"Air duct going to the icebox coming from the freezer is clogged up causing the icemaker to throw an E1 error code. Whenever you put the unit into test mode 36 for the icebox fan the fan spins very slow and theres hardly any air that comes out and then once you open the freezer door , the icebox fan instantly improves speed and starts blowing out. Cold air advised the customer that they need to thaw the unit out, and once those airways are clear after they plug it back in everything will start operating and functioning properly again Case# 23005209"

Upon arrival at diagnosed unit. After inspection loose connection at heating element. I reconnected and secured harness to element and tested unit. Unit past tested okay I showed customer heating elements on eating working as design. I advise customer to use rinse aid so he can help with the drying process. Unit is working as design.

Upon arrival a diagnosed unit. After inspection removed back panel to access water valve and condenser fan. I adjusted fan tighten making sure it was secured and checked water valve good. No noise out of the norm everything tested ok (pictures attached). Unit is dispensing water and making ice. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I replaced parts. After replacement once I connect the unit parking started happening at control board there's a short on the unit will need to order drain pump capacitor latch and another control board because it shorted the new control board.; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Control Board) and 1 W11307244 (Latch) and 1 W10919003 (Drain pump) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)
