"Checked unit capacitor and diode are shorted out because too much cooking oil and dust, I showed the customer the conditions of the unit and he wants me to disassemble the unit and clean piece by piece , because according to I'm that's my job, I explained to him about his warranty and what it covers, and I was going to replace the shorted out parts and it was up to him if he wants to use the unit like that because it's a fire hazard, I tested the unit and showed it to him that it was working fine and left it unplugged, I documented with partners team and tech lineFile#.
