Customer said that the fan was making a loud noise whenever they are operating ice maker so theyve had it off for a while but I went ahead and took the panel off to the evaporator and shouldnt know if there was ice buildup by the fan blade so I cleared it out and also the filter tube to the icemaker was pointing straight up towards the ceiling was not installed properly uninstalled the fill tube placed some Parma around it and installed it properly filled it up and everything is checking out. Good all operations OK unit is operating as designed now.
